Caps, Bucket Hats, Surf Hats & Beanies are just some of the styles available. All of our headwear is available either plain or decorated. Embroidery & plastisol transfers are the most common method of decoration for headwear.  

There is a couple of new decoration methods which give fabulous results. These new methods include the very durable Supacolor transfers which are great for fine detail & full colour logos.  Supasub which combines sublimation with embroidery and is great for applications where the logo is too complex for embroidery alone and Supaetch where suede is laser etched & then overlocked onto the product for a high end look.

Here at Redback Promo & Uniforms we can also offer offshore custom made headwear. Offshore is usually chosen to either totally customize the headwear to your specifications or to keep the cost down. Off shore headwear also offers many more decoration options such as 3D embroidery, rubber badges, screen printed, embossing, sublimation & appliqué.  Off shore caps can be decorated in many positions not available with local decoration.
